Lamkin’s answer to the hybrid category: cord fabric through the upper hand for security, and a tackier moulded surface below. The compound stays noticeably more pliable in cold than a full cord does, which makes it the better hybrid for players who keep the same set through winter.
Slightly rounder in profile than an MCC Plus4, so if you have found the Golf Pride hybrid a touch angular in the lower hand, this is the one to try.
On the bench: we stock this in jumbo, which is rare for a hybrid. If you are running two or more extra wraps just to get the size you want, a jumbo UTx will give you a more consistent profile than a built-up standard.
